Buying a solution to generate energy yourself is not a daily activity. Most customers have a lot of questions about these solutions. Return shipments

Are you not completely satisfied with your order? Or is the device broken? That's annoying! And we will solve this for you.

14 day period
Did you receive your order and you came to the conclusion that your device is not quite what you had expected? No problem. Within 14 days after you receive the package, you can indicate this to us. At the moment we are working to improve our return procedure, these improvements will be launched May 2016. It is important that the items, incl. packaging are still in new condition. So check the product as you would do in the store, but do not use the product extensively.

Warranty
Despite the high quality of our products you may find a device at delivery is defective or becomes defective after use. You can be assured that we will solve this for you. Even if it is not included in the factory warranty. All our products do you have a warranty of at least 2 years. Are you not sure if the problem of your product belongs to warranty? Please contact our customer service, we will help you.

Register Return
Report the return via the link "Report return” in "My Account". Do you not yet have an account? The confirmation of your order contains a link for submitting a return. Or contact our customer service in advance, if there are any doubts. If you have a reported a return, our customer service will contact you within one working day.

How do we solve it for you
Once we receive your device, it is tested in our warehouse. Have you chosen a replacement product? Or do you want to receive a full refund (only possible within 14 days of your order)? Within two to three working days, your return is processed. If a refund takes place, it will be credited to your account within 5 working days.
