Return shipments

Are you not completely satisfied with your order? Or is the device broken? That's annoying! And we will solve this for you.

30 day period

If you haven’t been completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days after it’s received. Due to Brexit, it is not possible for Solar Power Supply to arrange return shipments for customers. Customers must arrange a return themselves with a local parcel carrier or you refuse the shipment at the door.

Solar Power Supply pays the VAT & duties for you at the UK border. If you choose to cancel the order within 30 days, these costs can't be refunded. Due to Brexit, the trade agreement between the UK and the EU has changed and VAT & duties are imposed by UK customs.

Please make sure that it’s being returned in the original packiging and its original state. When the product is visibly being used, you won’t be left with the product. 75% of the VAT deducted amount will be transferred back to your account.

Warranty

Despite the high quality of our products you may find a device at delivery is defective or becomes defective after use. You can be assured that we will solve this for you. Even if it is not included in the factory warranty. All our products do you have a warranty of at least 2 years. Are you not sure if the problem of your product belongs to warranty? Please contact our customer service, we will help you.

Register Return

Report the return via the link "Report return” in "My Account". Do you not yet have an account? The confirmation of your order contains a link for submitting a return. Or contact our customer service in advance, if there are any doubts. If you have a reported a return, our customer service will contact you within one business day.

How do we solve it for you

Once we receive your device, it is tested in our warehouse. Have you chosen a replacement product? Or do you want to receive a refund (without the costs of VAT & duties and only possible within 30 days after arrival of your order). Within two to three business days, your return is processed. If a refund takes place, it will be credited to your account within 5 business days.
